The Yuli were part of the Sentient Milieu which existed several thousand years ago and spanned half the galaxy. They were one of the 7 known races of the Milieu (the others are the Drall, Faz, Mael-Num, Taalo, Ur-Quan and the Yuptar).
The Yuli were members of the Sentient Milieu who were enslaved by the Dnyarri, found inferior and ordered destroyed. Additional details regarding this race are not available at this time.
