Zoni (Greek: Ζώνη), is a village lying in hilly area and is connected northeast with GR-76 (Krestena - Andritsaina - Megalopoli) and up to Palamari. It is part of the municipality of Karytaina in the prefecture of Arcadia. The prefecture of Achaia is located to the northeast. It is located about 11 km NE of Megalopoli, about 38 km SE of Andritsaina, about 20 km SE of Karytaina, about 40 km SSE of Dimitsaia, about 45 km W of Tripoli and about 67 km NE of Kalamata. Until 1928, the village was known as Zounati (Greek: Ζουνάτι). The hills are to the east and are covered with trees groves and some rocks. The forests are around the Zoni area especially with farmlands. The panorama includes Karytaina, the Lykaio and the Tetrazi mountains to the southwest and the northern mountains to the south.
