WITTBEAT WITTBEAT is a dotcom & a independent private Art Project intimidating potential followers. Influenced by the catch-22-like (no-win situation) paradigm of diasporical jewishness, WITTBEAT assumes that a conspirational, perpetual & mostly lethal oppression versus mainstream incompatibility, waywardness, independent or defying attitudes is a implicit feature of most Power structures. The presumption that worldly institutions (most of all the clerical authorities) do get away with crimes of historical dimensions (as seen in the conditioning of christian european societies to a sustainable (everlasting) Antijudaism(-semitism) thus enabling the almost-extermination of a independent minority while never losing their aura of righteousness), is yet to be proven wrong. Although celebrating the "Nonsense" approach of the subversive WW1 dAdA Art Movement, WITTBEAT itself clearly recognises the Movement's binding & limitation to a pre-Shoah aera. Due to reality's exterminative quality as witnessed in the 30-ies & 40-ies, WITTBEAT exercises a reserved & cautious approach with only subtle indication of dada-like (skycutting & fatedodging)elements. WITTBEAT makes fun of cynical slogans which had advertising character & probably considerable impact on the masses. The mind exceeding number of victims makes any other than personalised (but still anonymous) reflection seem inappropriate. Nevertheless dAdA's all-time inspiration & a feeling of intimate affinity prevails & the ultimate dAdAiSiNg of DaDa remains WITTBEAT's never ending challenge.
