The statistics regarding the inflation rate is at least 4 years old. I can see that the source is 2005 CIA World Factbook, which means that the most recent information is from 2004. However, for Romania, for instance, and for other states as well, the statistic is older. What's the use of the report then? You should probably include this in the History statistics.
