Never mind firearms, the average number of people (all races)killed in SA is 49 per 100 000; the number for the Cape Flats (mostly coloured, due to gangster environment) is 108 per 100 000; and for whites it is 130 per 100 000. The death rate among whites in apartheid SA was the same as (recent) Europe, namely 2 per 200 000. That's the main reason for the Afrikaner-Boers wanting to govern themselves in a separate state.We are graded 5 on the 8-point scale of the International Genocide Watch. |

How can south Africa has 0.71 murders with guns per 1000 when there are only 37 per 1000 murders ? Nationmaster needs to get an update. |
