Can you give me more information on public institution index?

I need to plot a correlation table between Strikes (Labor) and Privatization Index (public institutions privatized). Is there a privatization index in nation master? If not, can I draft a correlation graph between the variables of strikes and public institution index?

Thanks for your prompt reply.
