Regarding Mexico and Argentina, this obviously doesn't count the big Argentinian immigration to Mexico since 2001. According to the Argentinian newspaper La Nacion, Mexico is the country with the largest amount of Argentinians living abroad, many of which are Jewish and are not being accounted for. 45,000 has been a steady figure since before 2000.
