Asia & Pacific Internet Association (APIA), established in 1997, is a non-profit trade association whose aim is to promote the common business interests of the Internet-related service industry in the Asia Pacific region.
APIA's 2007 AGM was held during APRICOT 2007.
To apply for membership of APIA, please complete a membership application form and return it to the Secretariat.
The purpose of APIA is to promote and enhance the well being of Asian and Pacific faculty, administrators, staff, and students at the Maricopa Community Colleges and in the community-at-large.
APIA has participated in community events, such as the celebration of the Lunar New Year at Chinese Cultural Center in Phoenix, the ALOHA Festival in downtown Phoenix, The Vietnamese Community in Arizona, the Moon Festival in Tempe, and other cultural events.
In addition, APIA held scholarship fund raising banquets, receptions for the MCCD leaders and supporters, for the Chinese Delegation, and for the community leaders of Asian and Pacific Islander in Maricopa County.
