Accomplishments: Champion Two Year Old -Puerto Rico- 1975; Champion Three Year Old - 1976; Winner of the 1976 "Kentuckey Derby", The "Belmont Stakes", The "Wood Memorial", The "San Jacinto" and "Saratoga Special Stakes"; Oldest living Kentucky Derby winner from 1995 to 2000.


Bold Forbes arrived at the Kentucky Horse Park's Hall of Champions, located at Lexington, Kentucky on April 1991.


Bold Forbes died Agusust 9, 2000 at the age of 27. There is a memorial dedicated to Bold Forbes in the "Memorial of Champions" in the "Hall of Champions".
