Strictly speaking Jordan is not a government defined area, but as the southern part of Yau Ma Tei (this can be recognised by some bus stop names nearby). The area (and specifically the western part of the area) was formerly commonly referred as Kwun Chung (官涌), especially before the MTR metro system was in use.
