The name is spelled incorrectly. It is George Raschke. He was born and raised in NYC. His mother was the daughter of an Afro-Caribbean woman from Puerto Rico and his father a German soldier. His father may have been of German Jewish origin. Rev. Raschke graduated from the Assemblies of God Bible Institute (Instituto Biblico Asambleas de Dios) in Bayamaon, PR. The school is known today as Colegio Teologico del Caribe. It is not clear if he still holds credentials with the Assemblies of God.
