PCA shall hold an Annual Meeting during the month of September of each year, at a time and place to be determined by resolution of the Board.
At the annual meeting of PCA required as per Section 5.02, the results of the election of Directors shall be announced and certified and the new Directors shall take their seats upon the Board.
The officers of PCA shall be a Chairperson, a Vice-chairperson, Secretary, and a Treasurer.
