Kosovo - Food Price Index
Since 2013, Kosovo Food Price Index rose 1.3% year on year. In 2017, the country was ranked number 35 comparing other countries in Food Price Index with 73.9 Indexes EU-28 = 100. Kosovo is overtaken by Turkey, which was number 34 at 74.1 Indexes EU-28 = 100 and is followed by Poland with 69.5 Indexes EU-28 = 100. Switzerland lead the ranking with 167.6 Indexes EU-28 = 100 in 2019, an increase of 2.7% compared to 2018. Norway, Iceland and Denmark respectively ranked number 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking. Albania witnessed the best average annual growth at +4.2% per year, while Turkey was the worst growing country at -3.1% per year.
