China is overtaken by United States, which was number 5 with 12.87 Trillion Cubic Meters and is followed by Venezuela with 6.3 Trillion Cubic Meters. Russia ranked the highest with 37.96 Trillion Cubic Meters in 2019, that is a fall of 0.2% versus 2018. Iran, Qatar and Turkmenistan respectively ranked number 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking. Israel recorded the best 5 years average growth at +20.6% per year, while Denmark recorded the worst performance at -100% per year.
