Since 2009, Libya CO2 Emissions Intensity increased 11% year on year. In 2014, the country was ranked number 10 comparing other countries in CO2 Emissions Intensity with 0.56 Kilograms Per USD of GDP. Libya is overtaken by Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was number 9 with 0.59 Kilograms Per USD of GDP and is followed by Estonia at 0.55 Kilograms Per USD of GDP. Trinidad and Tobago topped the ranking with 1.09 Kilograms Per USD of GDP in 2014, a growth of 0.3% versus 2013. Palau, Turkmenistan and South Africa respectively ranked number 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking. East Timor witnessed the best average annual growth at +22.1% per year, while Nauru recorded the worst performance at -19.5% per year.
