Rwanda is overtaken by Laos, which was number 183 with 0.05 Kilograms Per USD of GDP and is followed by Mali at 0.04 Kilograms Per USD of GDP. Trinidad and Tobago topped the ranking with 1.09 Kilograms Per USD of GDP in 2014, an increase of 0.3% compared to 2013. Palau, Turkmenistan and South Africa respectively ranked number 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking. East Timor witnessed the best average annual growth at +22.1% per year, while Nauru was the worst growing country at -19.5% per year.
