In 2018, the country was ranked number 63 among other countries in Female Share of Graduates in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) in Tertiary Education with 12.1 Percent. Rwanda is overtaken by Uruguay, which was number 62 at 12.19 Percent and is followed by Bulgaria with 12.04 Percent. Oman topped the ranking with 41.01 Percent in 2018, that is -4.8points versus 2017. Tunisia, Turkey and Brunei respectively ranked number 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking. Sudan witnessed the best average annual growth at +29.6points per year, while Aruba recorded the worst performance at -16.9points per year.
