Sri Lanka is overtaken by Ethiopia, which was number 10 at 21.1 Percent of Children Under 5 and is followed by Mauritania at 19.2 Percent of Children Under 5. Niger lead the ranking with 36.9 Percent of Children Under 5 in 2019, a fall of 1.6points compared to 2018. India, Sudan and Chad respectively ranked number 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking. Kuwait recorded the best 5 years average growth at +12points per year, while Kazakhstan witnessed the worst performance at -11.6points per year.
