Indonesia topped the ranking with 24.5 Percent in 2019, that is an increase of 2.4points versus 2018. Costa Rica, Argentina and Poland respectively ranked number 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking. Colombia witnessed the best average annual growth at +10.8points per year, while Luxembourg recorded the worst performance at -20.8points per year.
