United States ranked the highest with 0.55 Indexes in 2018, that is stable compared to 2017. Mexico, South Korea and Russia respectively ranked number 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking. Russia witnessed the best average annual growth at +5.2% per year, while Brazil was the worst growing country at -21.9% per year.
