Uganda is overtaken by Central African Republic, which was ranked number 21 at 14.55 Units (Deaths) Per Thousand Children Aged 5-14 and is followed by Syria at 13.68 Units (Deaths) Per Thousand Children Aged 5-14. Niger topped the ranking with 36.53 Units (Deaths) Per Thousand Children Aged 5-14 in 2019, a decrease of 2.1% compared to 2018. Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo and Chad respectively ranked number 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking. Grenada witnessed the best average annual growth at +1.7% per year, while Sri Lanka recorded the worst performance at -12.3% per year.
