I am confused with some of the stars. Clearly, a place like Columbia, or Russia should rank much worse in crimes per capita than say Finland, or New Zealand, no?
How is the total crimes per capita stat derived and why would a place like Chile be ranked so poorly compared to a violent place like South Africa?
