HI this information is obsolete, according to new data Georgia has more then 750 prisoners per 100 000 people. Also other data is very old. And also number of policeman has risen.

I think this data is old, Georgia has MUCH less Car thefts or crimes in general. Since about 2006... Police reform. :)

Maybe one of the least criminal countries in Europe.
