Has anyone else found these specific figures on the the IMD.org website? Or anywhere else for that matter?

The [population] "Weighted Average" of 10.3% is miscalculated.Someone simply added the 28 percentage figures listed respectively for the 28 countries and divided the total by 28 (countries).

Before calculating a POPULATION WEIGHTED AVERAGE, you must first reference the CURRENT SPECIFIC POPULATION for each country. Calculate the NUMBER OF PEOPLE in each country living below 50% of median income and the NUMBER OF PEOPLE living above 50% of median income based on CURRENT COUNTRY-SPECIFIC POPULATION. Total the NUMBER OF PEOPLE who fall into the "BELOW" and the "ABOVE" categories for all 28 countries. Divide the BELOW 50% OF MEDIAN INCOME 28-COUNTRY TOTAL by the ABOVE 50% OF MEDIAN INCOME 28-COUNTRY TOTAL to obtain the POPULATION WEIGHTED AVERAGE PERCENT UNDER 50% OF MEDIAN INCOME.

Does the US figure include all residents - those with citizenship, legal immigration status, AND illegal immigration status? If so, inclusion of illegal immigration status will skew the number south.
