7th September 2009 		What does the term 'high literacy level' actually mean? Statistics for things like 'low', 'mid', and 'high' literacy are meaningless without a clear definition of what these terms are intended to reflect. Why aren't these definitions, and criteria used to evaluate them featured more prominently on the site?
