You can refine uranium from seawater, for about double to triple the price. Considering the relatively tiny amounts of uranium used in a plant, the raw material cost is a non-issue. (and the the fact that there are 4.5 billion tons recoverable with current technology) means that we are actually good for Uranium for quite a while.
