Well, if these statistics were reliable,(as in close to reality), I would say that it's quite strange that Japan is number 2 in number of deaths. I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure the majority of Japanese sleep on Futons? Am I incorrect?

Hi Wei, the significant element is that it's a "fall". The involvement of the bed could be various -- fall from the bed or fall against the bed and so on.
