These statistics have nothing to do with food. Mostly they are about beverages: liquor and soft drinks. The other items are to do with the numbers of Subway and Macdonalds "restaurants" in the respective countries.

"Food" might include items like meat, dairy, bread, rice, vegetable and fruit per capita. Megajoule/calorie consumption could be included and of course it is of some interest what beverages are consumed. And the proportions of junk food might be a source of embarrassment to some countries, such as New Zealand where a fair proportion of the population subsist on fish and chips.
