Are there any enclaves of french speakers in North or South America??

A French speaking country not listed here is Lebanon. I am currently in Lebanon so I know. There are many French schools, signs, and speakers due to the French mandate period 1920-1943. I posted a message similar to this one however, I do not see it online.

A country that is not listed here that also has many French speakers and French schools is Lebanon (Due to the French mandate period).
