International Telecommunications Union now have 2009 country data for key telecommunication/ICT indicators (fixed telephone lines, mobile subscriptions and Internet & broadband indicators) available free..

For heaven's sake, update these stats just a little. Like, for example, where is the United States? From the source you cite:

Countries don't conduct national censuses every year.
The data has been collected, but not published yet.
The data has been published, but not collated across a number of countries.
