Our original source, The CIA World Factbook, has just been updated to the 15th March version. We've changed our technology so we'll be keeping up to date faster and more often. Look out, we have hundreds of stats from another major source coming soon. |

I've been researching world crime rates (specifically murders with firearms). I noted that your ranking of both murders and murder with firearms does not include statistics for Brazil. I think this is a significant omission in that Brazil has either the highest or the second highest numbers of murders with firearms in the world. |
