There is a problem with your population figures for South Africa.

The population is not 46,888,200, but Statistics South Africa puts it at 48.5 million, up from 47.9 million.

South Africa has a growing population, not a declining one (my guess is that your figures are taking mortality from HIV/AIDS into account). I find that any projections that take mortality from HIV/AIDS into acount, lead to an undercount of the South African population.
