The Soviet Union no longer exists. The stats you are using for it would include production of the now independent republics (Russia, the various Stans), which are also listed, so you're doubling up. Similarly, the Czech Republic stats would overlap with the Czechoslovakia stats. Obviously then your total is out.

How come Germany is on the 15th place with mere 28 million tons? And what is Soviet Union doing in the chart?
