Signing a petition is a relatively easy method of expressing opinion as it takes very little time or effort from those who sign. In general,European nations had a lower ranking than Canada, Australia and the United States.</p>

Outside of Europe (in Canada, Australa and the United States) attending a <a href=/graph/lif_pol_act_joi_a_boy>boycott</a> was more common.</p>
