I note that the Ashkenazi have the highest iq, higher than either the semitic or European nations of which they are a mix, and that their iq drops among the same group in Israel. Similarly, the East Asians have high iq's whilst their counterparts in South America have comparatively low ones. Even within South America in it's pre-colonial times, the culture of the Aztecs could not possibly be compared with the culture of tribes around the Amazon, yet genetically they are indistinct. To me this alone indicates that race and culture are not connected.

let me first appreciate your effort in providing a so called IQ index. As a university professor I regret the fact that our knowledge is STILL CRUDE about the IQ index of our own nation let alone other countries .THE IQ should be treated as composite entity . a TREASURE GATE that is open to discover yet . I have had kids to train and teach in african countries and else where. LET ME say that they were greatly talented . You could find great greed in their eyes to learn and they were really fast learners!!!

this kind of list ,to me , seems , an understimation of so many scientific facts!!!!!!!!!
