How can Malaysia have 26,000 jails? We have 39,000 prisoners.. thats 1.5 people per jail!!

That is 1.5 prisoners per jail!

You guys say there are 21,265 prisons in our country. Thats nonsense. There are only 35 of them http://www.vscr.cz/
We are a small country with like 15 banks and 35 universities, so having 21,265 prisons would be strange - i think we have about 100,000 prisonERs...
