Statistics show that crime in the UK is now at the lowest it has been in more than 30 years. This was reduced to 1,904 in 2011 from its high of 4,200 in 1995.

The noted areas for crime in the UK are the capital city, London and Greater Manchester. The major metropolitan areas of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are also know for crime but at a reduced level. These areas are Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast respectively.

Muggings and knife crimes coupled with crime within the black community and ethnic groups such as Asians, has come to the fore intermittently. The latter is due to tensions between ethnic groups.

This is not a representation of Crime in the UK compared to the other countries, it is however a representation of Democracy and Justness in the Uk and USA. Russian crime rates are far far higher than both the uk and the USA, however the crimes go unreported through fear or Bribes are paid and matters settled. Statistically the UK is 2nd. Realistically the Uk is more like 20th with Russia, India and China, in reality, filling the top 3 spots.
