16th November 2005 		this page was o.k i think you need to maybe make a bar graph of the different countries in 1990's and up. But so far nice page!

26th January 2005 		The budget expenditures aren't defined. I had to figure out from elsewhere that it is only federal. It's hard to compare with other countries (I'm looking form th point of view in U.S.) & to even see the whole for each country isn't included. Maybe the staet & local budgets are listed in another section I haven't come across.
