let me first appreciate your effort in providing a so called IQ index. As a university professor I regret the fact that our knowledge is STILL CRUDE about the IQ index of our own nation let alone other countries .THE IQ should be treated as composite entity . a TREASURE GATE that is open to discover yet . I have had kids to train and teach in african countries and else where. LET ME say that they were greatly talented . You could find great greed in their eyes to learn and they were really fast learners!!!

this kind of list ,to me , seems , an understimation of so many scientific facts!!!!!!!!!
