It's a pity that you Americans decide to rob poor needy expectant Africans of their meagre resources all in the name of lottery. It's better you stop it for it is bringing untold hardship to so many families some of who never recover from the dissappointment of not getting a visa in the end. Some get into huge debts to pay the visa fees. after rejection you people can't even give back amounts collected against their children's visa fees. What a shame
