Did you also notice that there is no China on this list... I guess the most polluted country in the world didn't make the cut.

So I noticed that the header boldly reports this as carbon dioxide numbers, but down in fine print it specifically says metric tons of carbon (NOT C02). I find this to be a terrible misrepresentation of information, and an obvious bias in reporting.
