Definitions
- Population living in cities proper: Each city population by sex, city and city type.
- Population living in urban agglomerations: Total population living in urban agglomerations. An urban agglomeration should not be confused with a metropolitan area, whereas an agglomeration refers to multiple connected urban cities, while a metropolitan area refers to a central urban area with outlying suburban cities and districts.
- Population living in urban agglomerations per thousand people: Total population living in urban agglomerations.
