Definitions

The retrieved content is then compared and scanned for discrepancies. Possible differences in blocking behavior across different ISPs is considered, as well as normal connectivity problems.

  • Price basket for Internet > US$ per month: Price basket for Internet is calculated based on the cheapest available tariff for accessing the Internet 20 hours a month (10 hours peak and 10 hours off-peak).
