The Governor of Buenos Aires Province , Daniel Scioli , considered the capture of Bin Laden a step forward in the war against terror; the nation's Chief of the Ministers' Cabinet, An\u00edbal Fern\u00e1ndez , announced that Argentina would take the threat of counter-attacks by al-Qaeda seriously.
