WRT your claim that the US has higher murder and automobile death rates: the statistics say otherwise.

Your statistics are great, but I'm looking for two you do not have:
(1) Avg. years of remaining life for 65-yr-olds by race and country. Why? I want to fairly compare health care. The US life expectancy of 77 yrs is reduced by a higher proportion of ethic groups with a statistically shorter life span, and the US has more automobile accident deaths and more homicides.

(2) Cancer patients alive after 5-10 years with and without chemotherapy and radiation.
