The figures for Belgium are completely incorrect. The federal government has 15 ministers, 5 of which are women which makes a percentage of 33,3333333%...

Women’s participation in a country’s political processes is an obvious indicator of women’s decision-making powers in a society. But, more importantly, it’s an important indicator of the extent of social equity. Countries with poor participation of women in the political processes are likely to have introduced voting rights for women more recently as well as the right to stand for elections. Education attainment levels for women are also likely to be lower than for women in such countries, as also their participation in the labor force. See, also, data for women parliamentarians. The USA is a notable exception ¾ where women have high levels of attainment in education, employment and participation in parliament but infrequently make it to the top levels of decision-making in government.
